In a 5-gal. bucket mix all ingredients, cover tightly and let sit 2
days, during which time the brew will ferment and expand. After 2
days, fill the remainder of the bucket with water and stir. Drink
after 3 days.
It is possible to add flavorings like vanilla or coconut.

- Sugar 6.6 lbs. (3 k)
- Treacle/molasses 2.2 lbs. (1 k) (can substitute English-style
sugar syrup) - Water 2.5 gallons
